2 C. all-purpose flor
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
13 tbsp. unsalted butter, room temp
1 1/3 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 C. Greek yoghurt
2 C. fresh figs, roughly chopped
1 whole fig for garnish1.

Cooking process:
1. Preheat oven to 180 c. Butter and flour a 25 cm springform bundt pan.
2. Mix together flour, baking powder & salt in a small bowl.
3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla, then yoghurt. Add the dry ingredients till just combined. Stir in the figs.
4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake till golden, about 45-50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
5. Garnish with whole fig.
