New owners Andrew & Susan from Canada, have taken over this quaint café and made it into a funky, artsy restaurant which contrasts interestingly with the distinct village feel of the location and 250 year-old building. The menu is limited but guaranteed fresh and is enhanced with daily specials like Lemon Chicken Risotto or Grilled Beef Tenderloin with brandy sauce. Go for any of the homemade pastas with lovingly conceived sauces, many made with wine. Desserts change daily, but are all sublime. Every Sunday there is real Roast Beef with all the trimmings.
