Restaurant KYMATA (ΚΥΜΑΤΑ)

A breath of fresh air along the crowded Hersonissos Beach Road.  Soothing beige/cream colours, light wood furniture- all reminiscent of a Swedish summer cottage. This is sophisticated waterfront dining with a compelling menu that marries quality Cretan products with innovative Mediterranean cuisine plus the added bonus of Sushi & Sashimi. Try the slowly roasted gilthead seabream filet roll with champagne sauce and essence of lemongrass or one of the Black Angus steaks. Daily Greek dishes round out the offerings.
