Just outside the village of Kato Asites in the foothills of Mt. Psiloritis, Earino is a traditional stone-built tavern with fabulous views to the Malevyzi valley below and the sea in the distance. This is pure tranquility. Homemade breads & rusks, local cheeses and top notch lamb from the wood oven are just a few things that stand out. Friendly and efficient service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.  Well worth the jaunt from Heraklion.
