Take a stroll to the end of a long row of eateries along Agia Pelagia beach to this elegant, romantic restaurant. Occupying a prime position overlooking the gently shifting boats and lapping waves, Caldera brings luxury ashore with starched white tableware and expensively solid cutlery. Fresh fish and seafood are a must, as is the grilled haloumi cheese with sun-dried tomatoes and the wild bitter greens with fresh myzithra cheese. The moon and the stars are on the house!

Hi went for lunch today at coast med very good view of sea and port at hersonisos. I had a spinach salad with prosciutto walnuts and roquefort dressing excellent. I wish I could have had a seafood meal for lunch. The waiter was over attentive. I would like to come to try seafood for evening meal
