Part of the slow-food movement, Dounias is certainly keeping traditions alive. All herbs & vegetables are produced in the owner’s garden, the animals are all bred by him and organic breads are made on the premises. Examples of simple delicacies include free-range chicken with noodles or stuffed zucchini blossoms. At 600 m high on the foot of the White Mountains, dining on the cool terrace is a tranquil event with a wide range of stunning vistas.

A place with lovely food served by a very, very nice family. We had some long and delicious dinner there and will alway come back.
